These terms govern use of recruiterswf.com, the website of Recruiters Workforce, a private recruiting firm in Austin, Texas. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The information on the site
The site describes the firm's recruiting services and provides general information about security clearances, federal agencies and installations, and state hiring laws. That information is drawn from official and primary sources current at the time of writing, but laws, agency policies and programs change, and the summaries are general. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for the official source or for advice from counsel on a particular hiring decision. Recruiters Workforce is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency, and the mention of an agency, installation or employer on a market page describes the local market and states no relationship with the firm.
Recruiting relationships
Nothing on the site creates an engagement between the firm and an employer or a candidate. An employer engages the firm by a written agreement that sets the engagement model, the fee or bill rate, the replacement terms and any other conditions. A candidate becomes a candidate of the firm by sending a résumé and agreeing, for each submittal, to be presented to a named employer. Candidates are never charged a fee. Any statement on the site about how the firm works describes its process and is not a promise of a placement, a hire, a start date or a rate.
The requisition builder
The requisition builder on the employers and contact pages assembles the details you enter into a summary in your own browser. Nothing is transmitted to the firm unless you choose to email the summary. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, and you must not enter classified or controlled information, personal information about third parties, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to read about the firm's services and to contact it. You may not use the site to send false or misleading information, to harvest email addresses or other data, to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to do anything unlawful. Automated access that places an unreasonable load on the site may be blocked.
Intellectual property
The text, design, mark and code of the site belong to Recruiters Workforce or are used under license. The photographs are used under the license of their source. You may print or save pages for your own reference and may quote short passages with attribution. Any other reproduction requires the firm's written permission.
Links to other sites
The only external link on the site is to the firm's listing on Google Maps, for directions. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply on that site. The firm is not responsible for the content of any site it does not operate.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. The firm makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current, and disclaims all warranties to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, the firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Travis County, Texas. Agreements between the firm and an employer or a contract worker are governed by their own terms.
Changes and contact
