Equal opportunity
Equal employment opportunity statement
Recruiters Workforce refers and places candidates, and employs contract workers, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or status as a protected veteran, and complies with federal, state and local equal employment opportunity laws. Employers that engage the firm are asked to confirm that their requisitions and hiring decisions rest on the requirements of the position.
Security clearance eligibility is determined by the United States government under its own rules, and United States citizenship is a requirement for a personnel security clearance under those rules. Where a requisition states a clearance requirement, the firm screens for it as a requirement of the position and for no other reason.
Accommodation
A candidate who needs an accommodation at any stage of the recruiting process, including the screening call, interviews arranged by the firm, or onboarding as a contract worker, can ask for one by emailing info@recruiterswf.com or calling (512) 200-2912. Requests are handled by the recruiter working the requisition.
Non-affiliation statement
Recruiters Workforce is a private recruiting firm and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency. References on this site to federal agencies, military installations, national laboratories and their contractors describe the markets in which the firm recruits and do not indicate any relationship, contract, clearance or endorsement.
